Ark Provisions — Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Ark Provisions ships orders placed on arkprovisions.com.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship within South Africa only. We are not yet able to ship internationally, but hope to expand in future — check back for updates.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are packed and dispatched daily, within 1–2 business days of being placed if all items are in stock , excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods (e.g. holidays or promotions), processing may take slightly longer; we’ll notify you if there’s a significant delay.
3. Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and chosen shipping method. The exact cost will be shown before you complete payment — no hidden fees.
Order over R1200 have a FREE DELIVERY offer.
4. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Factors like weather, courier delays, or remote locations may affect delivery.
5. Courier Partners
We ship using The Courier Guy. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
7. Packaging
Given that our products are food items, we take care to package orders securely to minimise the risk of damage or exposure to heat during transit. If you’re ordering during hot weather, consider selecting a faster shipping option where available.
8. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contaccy Couier guy first with Waybill information and if still unresolved please contact us with your order number, and we’ll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
9. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, though we’ll always do what we can to help resolve it.
